Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across finance and operations, setting clear priorities and direction.
- Oversee all core financial functions including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Streamline and optimize internal systems and processes to boost team efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate financial and operational data to inform strategic decisions and performance improvements.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation and effective use of ERP systems, POS technologies, and other platforms.
- Drive major cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Embody and promote a culture of accountability, ethical leadership, and high performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10–15 years of senior experience managing broad financial and operational domains.
- Proven leadership track record with large, cross-functional team management.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, POS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
