About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a GoHighLevel Specialist who knows the ins and outs of the platform. You’ll be our go-to expert for setting up and optimizing GHL to help us and our clients streamline marketing, sales, and service operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage CRM, pipelines, and lead stages
- Create automated workflows for nurturing, sales, onboarding, and retention
- Build funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys
- Manage email and SMS campaigns with trigger logic
- Configure appointment calendars with reminders and follow-ups
- Set up membership areas for digital products or courses
- Integrate with Stripe, Zoom, Facebook Ads, Calendly, and more
- Maintain and monitor campaign performance, analytics, and reporting
- Handle white-labeling, custom domains, and snapshots for account duplication
- Troubleshoot issues and provide documentation/SOPs for internal use
Must-Have Experience:
- 1+ years working in GoHighLevel (portfolio or proof of work preferred)
- CRM and pipeline setup
- Workflow automations, triggers, and lead nurturing
- Funnel and website building using GHL
- Email/SMS campaigns & sequence building
- Calendar & appointment automation
- Membership area creation
- Third-party tool integrations (Zapier, Stripe, Facebook, Zoom, etc.)
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with SaaS mode, subaccounts, and agency setups
- Familiarity with Zapier or Make for complex automations
- Copywriting and funnel optimization experience
- Prior agency experience or working with coaches/service businesses
