We Are Hiring an experienced Female HR Assistant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office, data management, or other relevant software.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist with job postings on job boards, company websites, and other recruitment platforms.
2. Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, and correspond with candidates.
3. Assist in creating and maintaining HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
4. Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, verifying time sheets, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees on their performance, addressing strengths, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.
Note: It’s not a remote Job.
Timings: 6 PM to 3AM
