• Coordinate recruitment processes, screen, schedule and follow up from the resources.
• Maintain and update employee information in the system.
• Coordinate and help administer employee related inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Expertise in excel, PowerPoint and word and HR related tools
• Maintain a clear communication with the existing Finance team and client
• All the ad hoc related tasks.
Requirements
• BBA/Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Shift Timings:
5 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Friday)
