Your Key Contributions:
- Lead the Full Recruitment Cycle: From crafting compelling job descriptions and strategically posting roles (including on platforms like Indeed) to conducting thorough resume reviews, performing initial candidate screenings, and managing complex interview schedules.
- Elevate Candidate Experience: Proactively manage all candidate communications, ensuring a positive, seamless, and professional journey throughout the entire hiring process.
- Efficient Onboarding: Oversee all new hire documentation and deliver comprehensive orientations to ensure smooth and successful team integration.
- Precise HR Record Management: Accurately maintain and manage confidential employee records within our HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Training Program Coordination: Support the organization, scheduling, and meticulous tracking of all employee training and development initiatives.
- Ensure HR Compliance & Documentation: Prepare, update, and manage critical HR documents, policies, and reports, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Support Employee Relations: Assist in effectively addressing employee inquiries and contribute actively to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
What We're Seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of proven HR experience, with a demonstrable strong emphasis and success in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- A minimum of 500+ active connections on LinkedIn, showcasing a robust and active professional network.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A solid understanding of HR software, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
Working Hours:
- Shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
