Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for human resources, talent management, and organizational development who is eager to grow and contribute to impactful HR initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities
- Help draft and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and feedback analysis
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and labor laws to support compliance
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR software/tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
