Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to oversee all aspects of human resources in a generalist role. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis skills, excellent English communication good HRM Knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Executing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Data Analysis & Reporting Using HR metrics to generate reports on employee turnover, recruitment, performance, and compensation trends.
- HR Systems Management: Managing HRIS (e.g., Manatal, MS Dynamics, Workday, Bamboo, Oracle) and ensuring data accuracy.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assisting in payroll and benefits administration
- Employee Engagement: Assisting in employee engagement activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors/master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Degree in HR shall be preferred.
- Good command on data analytics and tools like Excel, Bi.
- Strong knowledge of all HR functions.
- Strong Critical thinking and problems solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is compulsory required.
- Excellent Emotional Intelligence and Persuasion skills.
- Flexible and committed to work extra hours without any problem and compensation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support leadership in HR strategy execution.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
