About the Internship
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team. This internship offers practical exposure to human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Gain hands-on experience while contributing to real HR initiatives in a professional, remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in job postings, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees and interns.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support HR reporting, analytics, and ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
Internship Conditions
- This is an unpaid internship; no stipend or salary will be provided.
- Interns must provide their own laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
- Communication will be conducted via Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp.
