Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive employee records and HR databases.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives.
- Supervise and streamline administrative tasks such as documentation, meeting scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and performance tracking systems.
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and official communications.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Provide strategic input on workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
