We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function in a fast-paced software house environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, HR compliance, and culture development to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Build relationships with tech communities, universities, and hiring platforms.
- Promote employer branding through social media, events, and campaigns.
- Maintain and manage HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Handle HRMS systems, employee records, and documentation.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process (OKRs/KPIs).
- Implement training and development plans based on skill gaps.
- Coach and support managers in employee performance and productivity.
- Supervise payroll processing in collaboration with the finance team.
- Design competitive compensation packages and incentive structures.
- Review and benchmark C&B strategies to retain and motivate staff.
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.
- Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Organize engagement activities, wellness programs, and feedback surveys.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Provide HR analytics and reports for management insights.
- Participate in organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of HR experience in a software house or tech company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, tech recruitment, and employment law.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability in a dynamic environment.
