Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an HR Manager with hands-on experience in a digital media agency, software house, marketing agency, sales & marketing agency, or any other fast-paced service-based industry, with a deep understanding of HR operations from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have started their career in a junior HR role and steadily progressed through various positions, gaining practical, multi-functional HR experience. They should have a clear understanding of how every task is executed at a high standard and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement to elevate HR performance and quality.
Very Important:
You will work directly with the CEO and/or Director—who have been awarded by the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan and are university position holders and media personalities. Therefore, high commitment, responsibility, and perfectionism are required.
Requirements
- Minimum 100,000 LinkedIn connections.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR (with strong CGPA).
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience in digital media agencies, software houses, marketing agencies, insurance agencies, or other service-based industries.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Exceptional team management skills.
- Self-motivated, committed, and deadline-oriented.
- Strong presentation and conflict management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Asana, Zoom, Employee Monitoring & Screen Monitoring apps, Video Conferencing, Online Payroll systems, and other similar online tools.
- Ability to use your LinkedIn profile for recruitment purposes for our group of companies.
- Strong knowledge of reporting actual results based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Responsibilities
- Use your LinkedIn profile to find, attract, and hire top talent—posting, re-posting, sharing, and promoting content about our group of companies.
- Recruit for our entire group of companies, including digital media agencies, wedding organizations, law firms, and other sister concerns.
- Provide daily reporting to directors and clients on recruitment and HR progress.
- Conduct initial interviews, manage the hiring process, train, motivate, and manage the team.
- Handle unforeseen HR challenges promptly and professionally.
- Monitor team performance using online tools.
- Perform all core HR activities as required.
- Carry out any additional HR-related tasks assigned by management.
