About the Role:
Transcure is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Intern or Fresh Graduate to join our team and support technical recruitment activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and HR operations, especially in the tech hiring domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for technical roles
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers using Excel
- Support the HR team in various hiring and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final year), preferably in HR, Business, or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Confident and clear while speaking with candidates over the phone
- Interest in learning and working in technical recruitment
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS tools
