Shift Timings:
- Summer: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Winter: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 weeks onsite, 1 week remote per month)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill a range of technical roles within our software development and cybersecurity teams, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling and communication
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in software development, network security, or cybersecurity
- Prior experience in international recruitment is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
