About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our Onboarding team within the People Experience division. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping meaningful and seamless onboarding experiences for new hires while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of pre-boarding and onboarding activities, including documentation, communication, and scheduling.
- Assist in maintaining and updating onboarding trackers, templates, and knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Facilities, Hiring Managers) to ensure timely execution of onboarding tasks.
- Help collect and analyze feedback from new hires to identify improvement areas in the onboarding journey.
- Participate in organizing orientation sessions and preparing welcome kits and onboarding presentations.
- Provide support in streamlining and digitizing onboarding processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving the onboarding experience, especially for diverse and inclusive employee groups.
Requirements
Qualifications
- A Levels or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
· Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and digital tools (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Passion for creating positive employee experiences and attention to detail.
