Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven International Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple geographies. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical professionals for a wide range of roles, including Desktop Support Engineer, Network Engineer, cybersecurity, data center engineer, and IT infrastructure. This role demands a deep understanding of global recruitment practices, technical skillsets, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across international locations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and desired candidate profiles.
- Source high-quality candidates globally through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Provide strategic input on hiring plans, market trends, and talent availability in global regions.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at virtual and in-person events.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in international hiring.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and other IT domains.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring processes independently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Solutions, AIRS, DevSkiller).
- Prior experience recruiting for startups, SaaS, fintech, or global consulting firms.
- Knowledge of global employment practices, remote hiring trends, and visa/work permit processes.
