We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Technical Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, and management of technical operations across our projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the technical team and other departments, ensuring clear communication, timely deliverables, and smooth execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track progress of technical projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Obtain, track, document and communicate project updates and milestones to the stakeholders.
- Serve as a liaison between technical team, leaders and other stakeholders
- Assist technical team in tasks and projects by removing barriers and blockers.
- Document technical workflows, updates, and meeting notes
- Conduct reviews and reiterations and ensure tasks and results meet the desired quality and standards.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and demos and ensure follow-ups.
- Support in preparing technical documentation, proposals, and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in technical coordination or project support role.
- Good understanding of IT Systems and Infrastructure (Servers, networks and Cloud).
- Highly energetic with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.
- Ability to understand expectations of stakeholders and leadership, identify problems and facilitate resolution.
- Skills in issue resolution, conflict management, and decision facilitation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
