Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Lead to oversee our IT infrastructure, support daily operations, and lead our technical teams. This leadership role involves hands-on work with system administration and supporting software development projects to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team to maintain seamless system and network operations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues promptly
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including system updates and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute IT projects and improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong expertise in system administration, networking, and cybersecurity
- Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing IT teams and infrastructure
