- Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads.
- Manage cross-functional teams including software developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and external vendors.
- Implement Agile/Scrum practices and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) to track progress, report status, and manage backlogs.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early, providing timely resolutions and updates.
- Ensure that project goals align with business objectives and client expectations.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and senior management to provide status updates.
- Manage change requests and project scope adjustments using standardized change control processes.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Proven experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certification is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with software development tools and processes (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, APIs).
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with web/mobile development or enterprise systems is desirable.
