Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote sales team, focusing on the UK market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the business development and sales teams. You’ll play a critical role in the top-of-funnel sales process and contribute directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, company databases, industry directories, etc.)
- Initiate outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and phone calls to generate interest in our products/services.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Track and report weekly/monthly KPIs such as response rates, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated with UK market trends and competitor activity to enhance outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in lead generation, inside sales, or appointment setting, ideally for the UK or European market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral or fluent English accent.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead sourcing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working UK time zone hours (GMT or BST depending on the season).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, fintech, or B2B services industries.
- Familiarity with GDPR compliance in lead generation.
- Experience using automation or email outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
