AA Joyland is Looking for Manager MEP for its Upcoming Project in Lahore.
Position Title: MEP Manager (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
Experience: 6- 8 years
Qualification: Msc. electrical power/ Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Gender: Male
Age: 25-35
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review of all MEP-HVAC system and ensure all the system is fully operational
- Implementation of energy saving schedule and monitoring of units consumption
- Perform load calculations to ensure systems are properly sized and functioning efficiently.
- Compile and report energy usage sheets to track consumption and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and reliable systems.
- Evaluate daily maintenance reports to identify issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities (planned and unplanned).
- Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments.
- Identify and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for various project tasks, ensuring accuracy and competeness.
- Manage and supervise MEP teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
