TeReSol Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced MIS/Network Technician to join our technical team. If you have a strong background in networking and IT support with hands-on experience in system management and troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!
Eligibility Criteria:
- DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Computer, Information Technology, Electrical, or Electronics
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in networking, system support, and hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data protection
- Assist with MIS (Management Information System) operations and reporting
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical support and installations
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments
- Familiarity with IP addressing, cabling, and basic server configurations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
