We are looking for an office Coordinator. The role involves managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth communication
across departments.
Location: Sialkot
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain and organize the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and mail distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Provide support to HR for employee engagement activities and office-related requirements.
- Address inquiries and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies, track inventory, and manage procurement processes,
including vendor negotiations.
- Streamline office management processes, support administrative needs, and oversee budgets for
maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
Professional & Technical Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
