- Monitor CCTV cameras and related security systems to detect and respond to any suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, observations, and routine checks.
- Coordinate with on-ground security teams for immediate response to incidents.
- Ensure all cameras and recording equipment are functioning correctly and report malfunctions immediately.
- Retrieve and review footage when required for investigations or audits.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company security protocols and procedures.
- Support in emergency situations through effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare and submit daily monitoring and incident reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate - (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in CCTV operations or security control room monitoring.
