We’re now hiring an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join our team and own the success of client brands from strategy to execution.
We’ve helped 100+ brands scale on Amazon and earned Amazon’s own Challenger Award for top PPC performance. Whether fixing broken catalog structures or building launch plans from scratch, we care about results and relationships. Our team is lean, experienced, and allergic to fluff.
We’re looking for a highly organized, process-driven Operations Manager to help us build and maintain internal systems, streamline team execution, and drive operational excellence across departments.
Role Overview:
- Own and optimize our internal tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive, and SOP libraries
- Build, manage, and maintain SOPs and Standard Work Checklists across departments (Client Fulfillment, Marketing, Sales)
- Track and report team performance metrics across Account Managers, Designers, SDRs, and Marketing Manager
- Run internal check-ins, identify blockers, and ensure projects are moving forward on time
- Work closely with the founders (Vincent & Ary) to support scale and clarity during the agency restructuring
- Coordinate onboarding for all new hires and ensure documentation is up-to-date
- Spot and fix inefficiencies before they become issues
Must-Have:
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or agency operations
- Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup (Amazon or eCommerce agency experience is required)
- Deep familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with strong written communication
- Systems thinker who can take chaos and turn it into a clean, repeatable process
- Comfortable working directly with founders, department leads, and remote teams
