Key Responsibilities:
- Visit banks to deposit/withdraw cash, submit cheques, and handle document processing.
- Deliver invoices, receipts, or other documents to clients or vendors in a timely and professional manner.
- Make small or emergency purchases (petty cash) from local markets or suppliers.
- Collect quotations or materials from vendors as requested by office staff.
- Assist the accounts/admin department in day-to-day outdoor tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, transactions, and expenses.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of documents during transport.
- Support in filing and organizing receipts and invoices upon return.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to ride a bike or drive a vehicle (valid license required).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of receipts, invoices, and petty cash handling.
Working Conditions:
- Mostly outdoor work, traveling between office, banks, and client/vendor locations.
- May require use of personal or company vehicle for errands.
- Flexible hours depending on workload and urgency of tasks.
