Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the limousine dispatch to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Monitor and coordinate schedules, routes, and driver assignments to optimize efficiency and meet client needs.
- Handle client inquiries, booking confirmations, and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Support dispatch staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Utilize dispatch software effectively to manage trip details, updates, and overall fleet management.
- Prepare reports and provide insights on operational performance to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the limousine industry, with at least 1.5 years in dispatch.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage schedules and handle client interactions.
- Proficiency in dispatch software and other relevant tools used in the limousine industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Working Hours:
- Up to 25 hours per week
Note: This is a remote position requiring reliable internet and a professional home office setup.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs65,000.00 per month
