- Confident Communicator: You can quickly connect with prospects over the phone, handle objections with professionalism, and clearly articulate the benefits of a POS solution.
- POS or Hospitality Savvy: You understand the restaurant or retail environment—either through direct experience or deep interest—and know the common challenges business owners face with outdated systems.
- Structured & Goal-Oriented: You are process-driven, meet daily and weekly performance targets, and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Digital Tools Proficiency: You’re familiar with using CRMs, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other communication tools to stay organized and connected.

- Experience in POS sales or hospitality tech (preferred, not required)
- Excellent phone communication and persuasive speaking skills
- Proficiency with CRMs and online scheduling tools
