Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all planning activities are in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production performance and generate comprehensive reports for management.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
- Monitor production workflow and track capacity utilization across machines or production lines.
- Identify bottlenecks, suggest adjustments, and support in optimizing production schedules.
- Maintain updated planning documents, records, and systems (Excel/ERP).
- Support interdepartmental coordination to align actual production with planned targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and production workflows.
- Understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
