We’re looking for a motivated and versatile professional to join our growing organization in a hybrid role combining project coordination and data analysis. This position will help connect project management with data-driven insights, ensuring smooth project delivery and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical analysis abilities, and great communication, playing a key role in supporting our project teams, client management, and various internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules and deliverables to ensure on-time completion that meets client expectations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (delivery, sales, client success) to facilitate project milestones and resolve issues proactively.
- Oversee revision processes and implement structured change management protocols.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, client stakeholders, and management to ensure transparent communication and alignment.
- Prepare and conduct regular project status meetings, including tracking dependencies and mitigation plans.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze ongoing project performance metrics (including delivery timelines, quality benchmarks, and resource utilization) to generate actionable insights.
- Examine client data patterns and behavioral insights to support retention strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
- Compile and analyze historical project data to identify trends and inform future project planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare monthly reports covering project performance, client metrics, new client acquisition versus existing client retention, and departmental KPIs.
- Create sales insights reports by consolidating data from CRM, project management tools, and other internal systems.
- Provide customized reports and data feeds to departments such as sales, client success, and retention.
- Maintain and improve internal reporting dashboards and automated analytics processes.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in a client-facing role within professional services or consulting environments.
- Experience with automation tools and data integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Alteryx).
- Prior exposure to predictive analytics and trend forecasting in project environments.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- Experience with data analysis tools is a plus (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms).
- 1-2 years of experience in a hybrid role involving both project coordination and data analysis functions.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proactive problem-solving ability with a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems for integrated data reporting.
