Job Overview
Quality Assurance Specialist (Female) - Onsite (Gulberg, Lahore)
We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist (Female) to ensure the highest standards in call quality, compliance, and customer service for our UK campaigns. You’ll monitor calls, analyze performance, and collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Monitoring: Evaluate inbound/outbound calls for adherence to scripts, quality standards, and customer service best practices.
- Reporting: Generate detailed QA reports with actionable insights on performance metrics and trends.
- Feedback & Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to agents and managers to enhance service quality.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in call handling and recommend strategies to elevate customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure calls meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Training Support: Assist in developing training materials based on QA findings.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor agent progress and suggest recognition or additional training as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance, Call Monitoring, or a similar role (preferred).
- Fluent English (verbal/written) with a neutral accent.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QA tools.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver objective feedback.
Willingness to work UK shift timings (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Mon-Fri).
