Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Intern (Female) to assist in monitoring call quality and supporting Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in QA methodologies, call monitoring, and software testing in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Call Quality Assurance
- Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls for compliance with scripts, customer service standards, and company policies.
- Assist in generating QA reports with key performance metrics and improvement areas.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents under supervision.
- Support training material development based on QA findings.
Software Quality Assurance (SQA)
- Assist in manual testing of web applications and digital products.
- Help create and execute test cases under guidance.
- Report and track bugs/defects using issue-tracking tools.
- Support documentation of test results and QA processes.
- Learn and apply basic automation testing concepts (if applicable).
Requirements
- Education: Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Language Skills: Fluent English (verbal & written) with a neutral accent.
- Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to software testing concepts (manual/automation) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
Shift: Ability to work 1:00 PM – 09:00 PM (Mon-Fri, UK hours).
