Robust Agency is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our team and assist in ensuring the quality and reliability of our projects. This role provides hands-on experience in software testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with the team to test new features, identify issues, and contribute to improving the overall user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases to identify software defects.
- Report and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
- Assist in writing test plans, test cases, and documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Work with developers and product teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Learn and apply QA best practices to improve testing efficiency.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.
Requirements:
- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC and APIs.
- Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Click Up) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.
