Position: QA Executive
Location: Bahria Town Phase IV, Rawalpindi
About the Role:
As a QA Executive at Shark Technologies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and excellence of customer interactions. You will monitor and evaluate agents’ performance, ensuring adherence to company standards, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your work will contribute to optimizing operations and driving continuous improvement in service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality assurance monitoring and evaluations of customer service calls, emails, and chat interactionsAssess agents’ performance based on established quality standards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Provide actionable feedback and coaching to agents to improve performance and customer service skillsCollaborate with team leads and supervisors to address quality issues and implement process improvementsPrepare and analyze quality performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvementEnsure that operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsAssist in training new agents on quality standards and best practicesContinuously evaluate and refine quality assurance processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on quality assurance or service deliveryStrong understanding of operations, customer service metrics, and QA best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedbackDetail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvementAbility to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency with QA tools and call monitoring software is a plus
