About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive ERP QC Executive to join our quality assurance team. If you’re someone with a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of ERP systems, and experience in quality control and testing, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a growing tech environment. You’ll work closely with our support and development departments to ensure a seamless ERP experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth quality control and functional testing of ERP modules.
- Create, manage, and execute test cases based on business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs with complete traceability.
- Work with internal support teams to replicate and understand reported issues.
- Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and perform validation testing.
- Conduct regression and re-testing to ensure stability across releases.
- Participate in ERP implementation activities from a QA perspective.
- Contribute to test documentation, user manuals, and release notes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in ERP environments, specifically in QA, testing, or support.
- Strong functional knowledge of ERP modules (finance, HR, inventory, procurement).
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and bug tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or other issue tracking systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for test data validation.
- Experience working on both local and international ERP implementations.
