Job description
We are looking for experienced Call Center Agents/Self closers to join our team on Roofing Appointment Setting Campaign. The ideal candidate must have over 1 year of experience in a call center environment, with the ability to work independently as a self-closer. This is a remote, work-from-home position during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls and to book Appointments.
Self-verify customer information to qualify them.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs
Requirements:
Male Candidate
Minimum of 1+ year experience in a call center as a self closer on VICI DIALLER
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently from home
Reliable internet connection
Available to work night shifts
Must have a laptop/PC with webcam.
