Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Executive at Liberty Books Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to drive revenue growth in our retail outlets. Additionally, proficiency in Power BI will be required to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights to enhance business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products available in the store.
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of products to attract customers' attention.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Utilize Power BI to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track sales performance, trends, and patterns.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational improvements based on data analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with customer’s post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in training new sales associates and sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a bookstore or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
