Job Description:
Kontact Group is looking for experienced and driven Sales Closers (DSRs) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients in the e-book publishing industry. Strong communication and closing skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close deals with potential clients from warm leads
- Present and promote publishing services
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales closing or direct sales
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
