Job Summary:
Kodifly is hiring a Sales Development Associate to manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and help guide them through our sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads via email, calls, and chats
Qualify prospects and understand their needs
Book discovery calls for the sales team
Track all interactions in the CRM
Support the team in achieving sales KPIs
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer-centric mindset
Experience with CRM tools is a plus
