Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing B2B sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
- Engage in outdoor sales activities and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel agents.
- Make impactful, sales-oriented calls and follow up on leads.
- Support sales negotiations and close deals with potential clients.
- Prepare and present sales reports using MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
- Participate in sales training and orientation at Mosafir Headquarters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel and engage in outdoor sales.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution System) is a plus.
