Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and approachable Front Desk Officer to join our academy. This role involves being the first point of contact for all visitors and inquiries, handling daily calls and emails, and supporting the admissions process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors at the front desk
- Handle daily inquiries phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and admission procedures
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process and maintain updated records
- Manage inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an office environment..
