Hiring: AI Workflow Engineer / Consultant (Project-Based)
I’m currently looking for a project-based AI Workflow Engineer / Consultant to support us in building out automation features for a Sales Coaching & Automation Platform.
Project Brief:
You’ll be working to fix, refactor, and productionize two existing Pipedream + OpenAI + Supabase workflows:
- Real-time call scoring & coaching
- Daily GPT-based coaching digest generation
Tasks Include:
Improve OpenAI Assistants’ stability (timeout handling, fallback logic, parsing issues)
Implement personalized coaching email delivery (for reps & managers)
Ensure accurate scorecard data storage to Supabase
Current Functionality Working:
Audio recording fetch via Phoneburner API
Transcription using Whisper
Scorecard generation via prompt logic
Core Issue:
Scorecard data not storing correctly to Supabase, restricting follow-up actions
Budget:
$400 base
