· Develop and execute ASO strategies to increase app visibility, rankings, and conversion rates on the App Store and Google Play.
· Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve app discoverability and conversion.
· Oversee the creation and optimization of app metadata, visuals, & localized content.
· Monitor and report on app performance metrics, KPIs, and market trends, and use insights to refine strategies.
· Ensure alignment between ASO efforts and broader marketing, product, and development teams.
· Stay updated with the latest store algorithm changes and emerging ASO tools or practices.
Qualifications
· 6+ years of hands-on ASO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role.
· Strong expertise in App Store and Google Play algorithms, guidelines, and best practices.
· Proficiency with ASO and analytics tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, App Annie, Mobile Action, Firebase, Appsflyer).
· Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and scale ASO teams effectively
