Information Dispersion
- Manage and coordinate all the internal communications activities for HBL
- Responsible for consistency of internal communications.
- Build profile of business and management team internally, with a focus on ensuring employees at all levels have a clear understanding of strategy, business capabilities and achievements, thought leadership, management expertise, and community initiatives
- Work closely with Exco / portfolio partners to ensure that all employees understand the culture and values of HBL
- Work closely with HBL International to ensure consistency of internal comms deliverables
- Supervise and control communication flow within the organization in close coordination with the concerned to disseminate information across the HBL Network so that all employees are aware of such information in a timely manner.
Employee Engagement
- To build staff engagement and to help people understand their role and how they contribute to the Bank’s overall performance.
- Effectively delivering Internal Communication initiatives "staged events".
- Conduct Surveys to gauge communication effectiveness and get feedback.
- Maintain Data based tracking of all internal communication activities.
Knowledge
- At least 5 years’ experience in a communication related discipline, preferably internal communications
- Experience of developing and delivering engaging internal communications and channel management.
- On and off-line communications experience, including an interest and knowledge of new social media tools and techniques;
- Experience of strategic development of communications channels
Skills
- A degree in a related communications discipline or finance related discipline
- Proven track record in implementing internal comms programs
