What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end development of new features and APIs using Node.js, Next.js, and React.
- Design scalable, secure backend systems and integrate third-party APIs with confidence.
- Build clean, reusable front-end components and maintain a consistent design system.
- Debug, benchmark, and optimize across the stack—client, server, and infra.
- Write unit and integration tests that make the system more resilient over time.
- Work independently with minimal guidance. You’ll be trusted to self-manage and deliver.
- Review code, enforce best practices, and contribute to an engineering culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, with production-level experience in Node.js and React.
- Solid understanding of Next.js, SSR, routing, and performance optimization.
- Comfort with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Obsessive attention to detail and code quality—borderline autistic about structure, clarity, and patterns.
- Fluent in Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Clear communicator who can collaborate well in async, remote settings.
Bonus Points
- Experience with WebSockets, or AI/LLM integrations.
- You’ve shipped complex products or features at startups before.
- Experience with GCloud, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
- You’ve built your own side projects or tools “just for fun.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
