Experience: 2–3 Years (FMCG or Detergent Industry Preferred)
Are you experienced in managing production teams and chemical operations in a fast-paced detergent manufacturing environment? Olympia is looking for a Shift In-Charge to oversee and lead production during designated shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production operations, ensuring timely output and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead and manage production floor teams including operators and labor staff.
- Monitor and control chemical composition and batch processes for detergent manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues in coordination with engineering and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs.
- Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain product consistency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in detergent or chemical manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of detergent raw materials, formulation procedures, and production line operations.
- Proven ability to manage labor teams and resolve operational challenges on shift.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with industry quality and safety standards.
