Job Description:
OpenAI Expertise: Extensive experience in working with OpenAI technology, including GPT models and fine-tuning, prompt flow, prompt engineering.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and expertise in OpenAI libraries and frameworks.
Data Preprocessing: Strong skills in data preprocessing, transformation, and feature engineering tailored for OpenAI models.
Performance Optimization: Proven ability to optimize OpenAI models for enhanced performance and scalability.
Azure Cognitive Services: Hands on experience in leveraging Azure Cognitive Services such as Cognitive Search and other services, integrating them with other applications
API Integration: Experience in integrating OpenAI models into software applications using OpenAI APIs.
Documentation: Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading a team of GenAI developers and overseeing the design and implementation of GenAI projects. The Lead Data Scientist will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and leadership to the team and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
OpenAI Model Development: Lead the design and development of AI models using OpenAI’s technology, such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or other language models, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and the agentic framework
Co-pilot and Semantic Kernel: Experience in building Copilot applications using Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel for planners, plugins, and AI-powered workflows
Programming and Implementation: Write high-quality, efficient code in Python for AI model development, with a strong focus on OpenAI libraries and frameworks.
Algorithm Optimization: Optimize AI algorithms and models to improve performance, scalability, and accuracy, specifically in the context of OpenAI.
Data Preprocessing: Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering for input data to OpenAI models.
Training and Evaluation: Train, evaluate, and fine-tune OpenAI models using appropriate datasets and validation techniques.
API Integration: Integrate OpenAI models into software applications and systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate project requirements into technical specifications.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for OpenAI models, algorithms, and best practices.
