Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment efforts by identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent across various platforms. As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building strong talent pipelines and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, talent databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Conduct initial outreach and engage passive and active candidates to generate interest in open positions.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and manage talent pipelines for frequently hired roles and critical positions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategy.
- Support employer branding efforts by promoting the companys culture and values to potential candidates.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing activity and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience of 3-6 months
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, or in a similar sourcing-focused role.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on sourcing results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience sourcing for technical and non-technical roles.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
- Experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, or niche job boards.
