As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Team Lead – Finance to oversee and manage our financial operations with efficiency and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Present financial reports and insights to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure financial stability of the company.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate laws, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and manage financial risk assessments.
- Review and improve internal controls, financial systems, and accounting procedures.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
- CA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong command over IFRS, taxation laws, and financial regulations in Pakistan.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a results-driven team.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
