**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, call centre operations, and retail, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer expectations. This is a remote position that requires a reliable computer and broadband connection.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage customer expectations and provide accurate information about our services and products.
- Utilize sales skills to promote and upsell products, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the mobile van team to coordinate service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about the latest products and services.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in telesales, call centre, or retail sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in fluent English.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable computer and broadband connection.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
