Job Title: Tech Recruiter

Description: We are currently seeking a Recruiter to support our staffing needs. Talent is the fuel for business growth and to that end, to assist our company in its current rapid and transformational growth stage, the Recruiter will focus on recruiting top talent as a fundamental driver of the company's success. In this role, you will perform full life cycle recruiting for complex global technical positions for our IT & Engineering Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Drive full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, managing candidate debriefs, offer process, and closing.
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.
- Ensure that every candidate has an excellent interview experience regardless of the outcome.
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Proven success in a very fast-paced team environment
- Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to deliver results more productively.
- The ability to determine if someone is a match for certain positions based on qualifications
